Quantitative Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Description: We developed and applied quantitative MRI biomarker for quantifying relaxation time and physiological metric, such as T1, T2, perfusion and oxygen concentration for normal subjects and patients. Furthermore, we can detect or evaluate the pathological status of various diseases, such as diabetes and ischemic myocardium. These studies have demonstrated my expertise in developing quantitative biomarker for brain tumor.
